Ancient of Days, we lift up Lithuania and honor the steadfastness of Cardinal Sigitas Tamkevičius, who stood firm in faith amidst Soviet persecution. In his confinement, You were a shield about him, sustaining him through the dark night of oppression. Establish Your Church in Lithuania, that she may stand firm and courageous against any force that seeks to silence her witness. Reveal Jesus to those still bound by fear, and to those who once opposed Your people, showing them the truth of Your grace. Let the legacy of faithful endurance draw many into the light of Your Kingdom, that generations might see the wonders You have wrought through those who suffer for Your name. To You belong all glory and honor, now and forever. Amen.
