Pray with the global church

God of Truth, we lift up the six young Coptic Christians held in Egypt over a moment of lightheartedness turned severe. You see them in their captivity, and Your heart is for truth to bring freedom. Let their faith remain strong as they wait for justice, and protect their spirit, soul, mind, and body in this time of trial. Reveal Jesus to those who hold influence over their case, and turn hearts from anger to understanding. May truth prevail across Egypt, breaking chains and silencing accusations. Pour out Your Spirit on these young believers, guarding them with peace that surpasses all understanding. For Your glory and in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
