Pray with the global church

Redeemer, we bring before You Pastor John Cao as he seeks to return home from China. In his illness, remind him that You are the God who heals all diseases and restores what is broken. Let Your healing power touch his frail body, granting strength where there seems none left. Restore him fully, Lord. Sustain him with Your presence as he bears his cross, and let him feel Your comfort surrounding him even in captivity. Open the way for his return to family, uniting them in joy and relief. Reveal Jesus to those holding him captive, that they too may see Your mercy and truth. Deliver him swiftly, for You alone are the Rock on which we stand. We trust in Your mighty hand to act for Your name's sake. Amen.
