Pray with the global church

Lord of all comfort, we lift up the grieving families and churches in Kaduna, Nigeria, as they mourn the loss of those massacred by violence. You are near to the brokenhearted and save those crushed in spirit. Wrap these communities in Your unfailing love and sustain them through the valley of the shadow of death. Reveal Jesus to the attackers and those who witness these events, that hearts hardened by hatred might be softened by Your grace. Strengthen the Church in Nigeria to stand firm in hope and faith, that Your light may shine in this darkness. We trust in Your promise to make all things new, and pray for Your peace to reign in this place. In the name of Jesus, our Redeemer, Amen.
