Pray with the global church

Shepherd, we cry out for the people of Kaduna state where violence and abductions have brought fear and loss. You know each life taken and every heart that grieves in this land. Guard these communities from further attacks, and protect the captives, both young and old, from harm. Disarm those driven by hatred and reveal Your light to the attackers, that even they might turn to the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep. Strengthen believers to stand firm in their faith despite the darkness around them, and let Your peace dwell richly among them. Your rod and staff are their comfort; bring them safely through this valley. We trust You with their lives, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
