God of Truth, we celebrate the new Faroese translation of Your Word, completed for the first time since 1937. Your Word was in the beginning and by it all things were made, and we rejoice that a new generation can now hear it clearly in their own tongue. Establish this translation as a bridge among believers on the Faroe Islands, uniting them across different backgrounds and traditions. Speak into the hearts of those reading it for the first time, transforming lives through the power of Your living Word. Draw those who do not yet know You into its light — may they encounter Jesus anew through these pages. Guard this work, let it bear lasting fruit, and may Your Word run swiftly to accomplish what You desire in this land. For Your glory and kingdom's sake, we pray. Amen.
