God of Truth, we lift up Marwa Arafa as she endures detention and trial in Egypt for her steadfast stand for justice and human rights. You see her unjust confinement and the denial of necessary care — stretch out Your hand to uphold her in this place of shadows. Deliver her from oppression, Father, and restore to her strength and freedom. Open the hearts of Egyptian officials to Your justice; let them be moved with compassion. In the halls of power where decisions are made, reveal Your righteousness that sees the truth in darkness. Guide others who share Marwa's burden, embolden them to carry on their work without fear, and fill all who suffer unjustly with hope that shines beyond prison walls. May Egypt be a land where truth and mercy walk together. For Your glory alone. Amen.
