Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we remember Eddie Lyle today, a servant who tirelessly supported the persecuted church. Thank You for his life dedicated to Your mission and for leading many through his service with Open Doors. In his absence, sustain those he encouraged and inspired to continue in their work. Raise new leaders who will carry forward the legacy of compassion and advocacy he left behind. Strengthen the believers around the world who are suffering for their faith, and embolden them to stand firm in hope and love. Let the seeds Eddie planted bear much fruit, revealing Jesus even in places where darkness seems strong. We ask You to guard the church he loved so dearly and let it shine brightly for Your glory. In Christ's name we pray. Amen.
