God of Peace and Reconciliation, we bring before You the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Rwanda-backed AFC/M23 rebel alliance as they embark on a roadmap for peace negotiations. You are the One who makes wars cease and breaks the bow; let this agreement be a step toward lasting peace in this troubled land. Strengthen the peacemakers and give wisdom to the leaders involved, that they might pursue justice and mercy rather than conflict. Reveal Jesus, the Prince of Peace, across these regions, so that even those who have known only war might come to know Your peace. Guard the believers in the DRC, that their hope may shine brightly in the midst of uncertainty. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done here, for the sake of Your great name. Amen.
