Pray with the global church

Almighty God, we bring before You the troubling situation in Korea, Japan, and China, where abductions and forced deprogramming cast a shadow over the lives of believers. You see the snare set for Your children, and You are their strong deliverer. Break the chains of those held captive and reveal Your light in places overshadowed by oppression. Strengthen the church standing in faith under these threats, and let courage blossom where fear once grew. Restrain those who seek to control minds through coercion, and make Jesus known among them as the truth that sets free. May Your kingdom come in these lands with justice that rolls like a river. We entrust this prayer to You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
