God of All Comfort, we bring before You the nation of Venezuela, mourning the loss of thousands due to the devastating earthquakes. In the shadow of such great sorrow, be the refuge and strength for families who grieve and the communities striving to rebuild from the rubble. Let Your steadfast love be a fortress for those who feel adrift in their pain and uncertainty. Reveal Jesus to the brokenhearted, the weary, and those who search for hope amidst destruction. Raise up Your Church to be a beacon of compassion and truth in this dark time, and let the light of Your face shine on those who dwell in deep distress. Strengthen the Church to be a resource of food, labor support, medical support, and a people who pray and listen to those grieving and wounded. Holy Spirit, move within Venezuela and strengthen the Church to be the tangible hands and feet of Jesus. In Your mercy, draw near and heal their land.
