God of Peace and Unity, we lift up the gathering of Thai and Malaysian Catholics in Narathiwat amid the unrest along the southern border. You have promised that where two or three gather in Your name, there You are among them—let Your presence be a fortress around these believers. Strengthen their hearts with courage and love that casts out all fear, and knit them together in perfect unity. Reveal Jesus to those who walk in darkness and uncertainty, and let the light of Your Gospel shine brightly in every community touched by this gathering. Protect the believers from harm, and let their fellowship be a testament of hope to all who witness. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
