God of Justice and Mercy, we bring before You the people of northern Afghanistan, where unrest and challenges grow. You alone are a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble. Stir the hearts of leaders to seek peace and wisdom beyond their own understanding, and dismantle the policies that sow division and unrest. Reveal Jesus to the Taliban, the officials, and the communities watching these events unfold. Guard the believers who serve as light in the darkness, and let their witness bear fruit for Your kingdom. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of this region. In the name of Jesus, our Prince of Peace. Amen.
