Pray with the global church

Maker of Heaven and Earth, we lift up the city of Alexandria as Sherif Wagih Fahmi faces imprisonment for his faith. In a place where fear seeks to stifle truth, show Your might by dismantling the systems that oppress Your people and guard those standing for righteousness. We ask You to embolden believers in Egypt to continue sharing Your name without fear, trusting in Your steadfast love. Reveal Jesus to authorities who resist Him, reaching even those whose hearts are hardened. Let the light of Christ shine in this region through acts of courage and love, bringing many to know the Savior who opens prison doors and sets captives free. For Your glory we pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.
