Lord God of Justice, we lift up Benue State in Nigeria, where violence has struck Christian communities. You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble; be the stronghold for those facing persecution in this place. Establish righteousness where injustice has prevailed, and dismantle the powers that incite violence against Your people. Open the eyes of those who persecute, that they might see Jesus as the light who shines in the darkness. Guard the believers in Benue State and sustain them with courage and peace. May Your grace abound, turning hearts from hatred to love, and let Your Kingdom come in power and truth in Nigeria. We trust You to protect and restore, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
