God of Justice and Comfort, we bring before You the grieving communities of Plateau State, where violence has left sorrow and fear in its wake. You see the blood of the innocent and hear the cries of those mourning their loved ones. Establish Your peace in this troubled region, and let righteousness spring forth like a healing balm. Strengthen the church in Nigeria to stand firm in the face of persecution, and guard their hearts from despair. Reveal Jesus to those who perpetrate violence, transforming hatred into love and hostility into peace. Bring comfort to the families who have suffered loss, and let Your light shine in the darkness that seeks to overwhelm them. For the glory of Your name and the hope You offer in Christ, we ask these things. Amen.
