Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we bring before You the heartbroken family in Rawalpindi grieving the loss of their beloved daughter. Her life was cut short by violence, and her loved ones now stand in the shadow of mourning. May Your promise hold true that You are close to the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. In this place of sorrow, reveal Jesus to the neighbor accused of causing this pain, that he might encounter Your mercy and be transformed by it. Raise up voices for justice in Pakistan, protecting the vulnerable and restoring what has been lost. Be near to believers who continue to witness through loss, and let Your church shine as a light in darkness. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
