Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we bring before You the Christians of the Middle East, drawing global attention at the United Nations for the persecutions they endure. You see their suffering, and no distress is hidden from Your sight. Remind them, O God, that You are a refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble. Reveal Jesus to those who persecute them, even as You turned Saul's heart from darkness to light. Strengthen Your church in Syria and beyond with steadfast faith and hope. Let the world behold Your glory as You vindicate justice and mercy in that land. We trust Your hand to uphold and deliver them for the honor of Your great name. All wisdom and power belong to You forever. Amen.
