Pray with the global church

Almighty God, our refuge and strength, we lift up the mother in Somalia who has suffered for the sake of Your name. In her affliction, be her fortress, surrounding her with Your steadfast love and healing her wounds. May she know the peace that surpasses understanding even in the midst of suffering. Reveal Jesus to those who attacked her, that they might see the One who was pierced for their transgressions and drawn to repentance. Strengthen the faith of believers in Somalia, making them like a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. May Your light shine in the darkness of this land, bringing hope and redemption. For Your name's sake and for the glory of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
