In western India, as restrictive laws targeting Christian ministry have gone into effect, Christians have faced challenges in maintaining fellowship. A 300-member church has been partially closed since Hindu radical groups began to oppose it.

Most High God, we lift up the believers in western India as restrictive laws and opposition press against their fellowship. You have set the Church on a rock, and the storms that rage cannot overthrow it. Strengthen this 300-member church, and let their hearts find courage and peace amid pressures from hostile groups. Reveal Jesus to those who oppose Your people. Turn those who sow division into witnesses of Your grace, and open the eyes of leaders to see truth in the midst of deception. Guard the gatherings that remain, and let Your word spread even in restricted places. For You are the refuge and strength of all who call on Your name. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
