Pray with the global church

God of Truth, we lift up the region of Punjab where tensions have been stirred by remarks on religious conversion. You alone hold the hearts of leaders and communities in Your hands. Let Your light shine in every dark place, cutting through confusion and division with the clarity of truth. Reveal Jesus to those who incite fear and distrust, and bring peace to community leaders who seek reconciliation. Guard the believers in Punjab, that they may stand firm without fear, reflecting Christ’s love amidst the turmoil. May Your Word advance freely and openly despite obstacles, drawing hearts to Your salvation. You make known the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy. In Jesus’ name we ask these things. Amen.
