Pray with the global church

Defender of the Righteous, we bring before You Pastor Huang Yizi and the believers in Zhejiang, whose voices have been silenced by delay and detention. Strengthen them with Your presence when they falter, for You uphold all who fall and lift up all who are bowed down. Stand with Pastor Huang as he remains in custody, that he may be neither crushed nor dismayed. Reveal Jesus to the authorities as the Wonderful Counselor and Prince of Peace, opening their eyes to see Him whom they resist. Let justice arise in this land, and let Your kingdom come through enduring witness and steadfast love. We ask it in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
