Pray with the global church

Holy One, we lift up the ministry worker detained in Sichuan Province, standing firm amidst pressures from authorities. You promised that trials produce perseverance, and we trust You to complete this work in them. Let his humility speak powerfully to those holding him, confronting even his captors with the truth of Jesus. Reveal Christ to local police, officials, and communities watching these events unfold. May Jesus be seen through courage and peace within Your people. Protect believers under scrutiny and let the Good News continue to spread quietly across China. We ask this for the sake of Your glory, in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
