Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we lift before You Pastor Wang Lin and the believers of Zion Church as he writes from detention. Though separated by walls, we know no chain can hold Your Spirit back. You are a shield for all who take refuge in You, so guard Pastor Wang with peace that defies his circumstances. In the quietness of his cell, let him know the comfort of Your presence and strengthen him to persevere. Establish Your Word in the hearts of those he leads from afar, that they might continue to stand firm in faith and love. Reveal Jesus to those watching over him, and break through with light where shadows linger. To You belong strength and glory forever, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
