Faithful Shepherd, we lift up Brother AK in Northwest China, detained for his faith, and ask You to be his refuge and strength. As he faces uncertainty, remind him that You are a stronghold in times of trouble. Guard his heart with peace that surpasses understanding, and let Your presence be a light in his confinement. Reveal Jesus to those around him, and soften the hearts of his captors. Strengthen the believers in his community to stand firm, and let their unity in Christ be a testimony to Your love and power. Establish Your kingdom in this region, that many would come to know the hope found in You. For the glory of Your name and the advancement of Your kingdom, we pray. Amen.
