God of all comfort and strength, we lift up Brother AK and his family in Northwest China as they face detention for their faith. You have promised never to leave or forsake us, and we trust that Your presence surrounds them even now. Sustain Brother AK in the midst of uncertainty, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind. Strengthen the church in China, that they may stand firm in courage and unity. Reveal Jesus to those in positions of authority, that they might see the light of Your truth. Let Your glory be displayed in this situation, as You work all things for Your purpose. In the name of Jesus, who is our hope and our peace. Amen.
