Pray with the global church

Redeemer, we lift before You the pastor and church staff in northern China who have been arrested for their faith. You are their shelter and refuge in times of trouble, even as they face imprisonment. Redeem their suffering for Your purpose and glory. Bring them freedom of spirit even behind bars. Reveal Your light to officials and guards who encounter these believers, and meet them with the same transforming love that met Saul on the road to Damascus. Let the Good News take root in every heart drawn by Your Spirit in that place. To You alone belong deliverance and redemption, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
