Pray with the global church

Shepherd, we lift up Father Benedict Barla in Jharkhand, where he was attacked and left with serious injuries. You are the God who heals — bind up his wounds and breathe life into his body and spirit as he recovers from this brutal assault. Reveal Jesus to the attackers, that they might see the One who transforms enemies into friends through the cross. Sustain the staff and students of the school, fill them with courage and love, and let Your peace rest upon that place. Let the light of Your kingdom shine brightly in Jharkhand, drawing many to repentance and new life. We trust You to heal and restore for Your name's sake. Amen.
