Pray with the global church

God of Freedom and Truth, we lift up the efforts of Aid to the Church in Need as they call on world leaders to protect religious freedom. You have created all nations and appointed leaders to uphold justice and righteousness. We ask You to move the hearts of those in authority to act with integrity and courage to end religious persecution. Empower the voices advocating for the oppressed, and let Your justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. Strengthen the Church to stand firm in faith and love, a light in this present darkness. Reveal Jesus to those who persecute and to those who are persecuted, that all may come to know the truth that sets free. For the sake of Your name and Your glory, through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
