Pray with the global church

God of Truth and Light, we lift up the believers in China as they navigate the shadows of mistrust and betrayal. In a land where neighbors may betray each other for a price, remind Your people that You are their shield and stronghold, a refuge in times of trouble. Guard their hearts against fear and suspicion, and teach them to repay evil with good, that their witness might be a pure offering of joy unto You. Reveal Jesus to those who report and accuse, that they might be drawn into the light of Your truth. Strengthen the church to stand in unity and love, and let the fragrance of Christ permeate every community. To You, God of all grace and peace, belong glory and honor forever through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
