God of All Comfort, we bring before You the situation of the ailing pastor in China, longing to be reunited with his family amidst the intensifying crackdown. You have promised to be near to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit. Establish Your peace in his heart as he waits for deliverance. Let Your presence be a fortress around the believers in China, sustaining them in their trials. Reveal Jesus to those in authority, softening hearts towards reconciliation and unity. May Your love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony, be evident through the witness of Your people. For Your steadfast love is great above the heavens and Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. In the name of Christ, who reconciles all things to Himself, we pray. Amen.
