Pray with the global church

God of Peace, we bring before You the Santhali Christians in West Bengal, surrounded by hostility after the attack on their gathering. Be their shield and stronghold, that they might stand firm amidst persecution. Quiet the violence that rises against them, and let Your peace take root where hatred has taken hold. Reveal Jesus to those who oppose the Gospel, softening their hearts as You did for Saul on the road to Damascus. Strengthen the church in India with a spirit not of fear but of power and love. May the light of Christ shine brightly through their witness even in times of trial. In Your hands we place their safety and Your kingdom's advance, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
