God of all Comfort, we bring before You the grieving communities of Ukum County in Benue, where violence has shattered lives and sowed fear. You are the refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts of those who mourn, and may Your presence be their strength. Restrain the hands of those who bring destruction and turn their hearts toward redemption. Reveal Your Son to both the wounded and the perpetrators, that they might find the way of peace. Establish justice where injustice has reigned, and let Your light shine in the darkness of these events. We trust in Your unfailing love and ask these things for the sake of Your glory and by the name of Jesus, our Savior. Amen.
