Pray with the global church

Lord God, we bring before You Pastor Zhou Zixun and the seven coworkers from Beijing Jiaquan Church who are detained on suspicion of fraud. You know their hearts and the truth of their service to Your name. We ask that You would guard them with Your armor, that they may stand firm in faith against schemes aimed at silencing their witness. Reveal Jesus in the midst of their suffering to officials, guards, and all who interact with them, that many might see in them the perseverance that endures to the end. Let this detention only serve to advance the Gospel across Beijing and beyond. We place our trust in Your justice and pray for Your kingdom to be established there. In the name of Christ Jesus, Amen.
