Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we stand with the Coptic believers in Giza following the arson attack on the Church of the Virgin Mary. You dwell not in temples made with hands, and Your Spirit cannot be contained by flames or fear. Guard these communities and strengthen their resolve to worship and proclaim Your name without wavering. Reveal Jesus to those who oppose Him, breaking through their blindness as You did with Saul on the road to Damascus. Let the light of Christ shine brightly in Giza, transforming hearts and drawing them into Your mercy. Establish peace in this village, and let Your people find shelter under the shadow of Your wings. For the glory of Your Son, whose kingdom is forever, we pray. Amen.
