Lord of Hosts, we lift up Jos and its surrounding communities as they face the threat of armed groups. You are a refuge and strength for those in danger; guard Your people from harm as You command Your angels concerning them. Bring confusion to those who plan violence, and let no weapon formed against these communities prosper. Reveal Jesus to the militants gathered near Barkin Ladi. Let their eyes be opened to the One who redeems even the most hardened hearts, and call many out of darkness into light. Strengthen Your church in Nigeria to stand firm, proclaiming the Good News with boldness. We entrust this land and its people to Your powerful protection, for You alone are mighty to save. Amen.
