Pray with the global church

Most High God, we lift up the people of Plateau State and all regions of Nigeria under threat of extremist attacks. You are our refuge and fortress, a shield for the vulnerable and the stronghold of those who trust in You. Guard the churches, schools, and youth camps that lie in harm's way, and protect every soul gathered within their walls. Disarm those plotting violence, and frustrate their plans until they fall silent. Reveal Jesus to the militants, soldiers, and citizens alike, that His peace might take root even in turmoil. Sustain Your church through these trials; let faith triumph over fear. In You alone is deliverance found; glorify Your name across Nigeria. Through Christ our Savior. Amen.
