You, who break the bow and shatter the spear, bring an end to the cycles of violence that have ravaged these lands. Raise up leaders of peace and justice, and let mercy flow like a river among the nations. Strengthen Your Church in Africa to stand united as a beacon of hope and love. Reveal Jesus to those who perpetrate violence, that they might turn from their ways and find life in Him. May Your Kingdom come in Africa, for the glory of Your name and the healing of the nations. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

You have promised to be a refuge and fortress for those who trust in You. Establish Your peace in the hearts of these faithful servants, and equip them with the wisdom that comes from above, pure and peace-loving. Guard them from fear and discouragement, making them steadfast in love and truth. Reveal Jesus to those who oppose them, that even persecutors might encounter Your transforming grace. Let the support from their brothers and sisters across Africa be a tangible expression of Your care and unity in the body of Christ. For Your kingdom and glory we pray. Amen.

You are near to the brokenhearted and save those crushed in spirit. We ask You to heal the wounds of bitterness and despair that have taken hold in his heart. Establish Your peace in the minds of those who have been kidnapped and their families left behind. Reveal Jesus to the extremists and in every place where Your name is resisted. Sustain those who labor in Your name under threat and without support, and let their testimony shine like a city on a hill, drawing many to Your light.
